How it works
Simple.
Intentional.
Every quarter, we open the doors. Here's what that looks like.
Each quarter we share a sign-up form with the community - via WhatsApp, email and the website. Anyone can express interest. We review all applications and reach out to those who are a good fit for that session's focus.
Sessions are 1-3 hours, online or in person. We might be testing a prototype, running a co-design workshop or gathering feedback on a new direction. The format depends on what we're working on that quarter - but it's always hands-on and honest.
This is the bit most organisations skip. After every session, we tell participants what we did with their feedback - what changed, what we decided, what's next. Your input doesn't go into a void. We make sure you know it landed.
Four times a year. Every quarter, a new focus, a new set of questions, a new session. Some participants come back again and again. Others dip in once and that's fine too. Labs grows with Pushpa - and with the community that shapes it.
