No, and that's intentional. We're a community fund registered as a company limited by guarantee (No. 15772297). This gives us more flexibility to act as an economic vehicle, funding projects and finding new ways to create financial stability. Same transparency, more firepower.

Projects that build long-term sustainable growth for underprivileged communities. Farming, entrepreneurship, skills training, economic infrastructure. If it creates real income for real people in Bangladesh, we want to hear about it. Community members can suggest projects too.
-
Anyone. You don't need to be Bangladeshi or based anywhere specific. If you believe in investing in economic growth from the ground up, you're in. We have members across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.

Member contributions go towards projects and running Pushpa day to day. As a company limited by guarantee, all money is legally required to be reinvested back into Pushpa. You can see every transaction on our public ledger.
-
Every project goes through our rigorous due diligence process before it reaches the community vote. We assess six core areas, including governance, finances, safeguarding and impact.
We review documents, verify evidence, carry out risk assessments and visit projects in person. You can read more about our due diligence process here: https://www.pushpafund.com/due-diligence
-
We vet every project for impact, feasibility and fit. That means site visits, partner checks and budget scrutiny, not just a good pitch. Then the community votes and whoever gets the most votes gets funded.
-
Funding isn't the finish line. We monitor progress and help tackle any issues that come up along the way. Around a year after the project ends, we check back in with the people who took part to see what changed. Then we share their honest feedback with the community, so you can see the impact for yourself.
